Enterprises within the integrator have developed printers operating using selective laser melting (SLM), direct metal deposition (DMD), fused deposition modeling (FDM) technologies with the largest build area.

The integrator's companies have developed a two-axis and three-axis scanning system - a system for positioning the laser beam in the working area of the equipment, which is part of selective laser melting machines of metal and polymer powder materials. An ytterbium fiber laser has also been created, a device used for processing materials requiring high–level optical power.

The integrator has organized serial production of metal powder compositions. A pilot plant has been created for the production of stainless steel metal alloy powders using gas atomization of melts.

Integrator services include 3D printing, topology optimization, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, as well as audit of the enterprise.

LLC RusAT develops its own software for 3D printers, which ensures the technological independence of the equipment created.

LLC RusAT performs research and development work on the development of equipment for additive technologies, new domestic materials for 3D printing, technologies of their production, as well as develops regulatory and technical documentation, conducts heat treatment and post-processing of finished products.
